Refund policy

Every SilverSecret piece is printed or embroidered to order, just for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a printing error, email emanaffys@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will sort it out.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot cover reprints for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Cancellations. Orders go into production quickly. To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.
