Overview

This website, silversecret.store, is operated by SilverSecret ("we", "us", "our"), McKinney, Texas, United States. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers and are subject to their own terms.

1. Using the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site or our products for anything unlawful, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation, upload malicious code, scrape the site, or collect other people's information. We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time.

2. Products

Every SilverSecret item is printed to order through our production partner and ships from their facilities. Product photos and mockups are for illustration. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and small variations between individual pieces are normal for printed garments.

Sizes are listed by fit. Please check the size chart and fit note in each product description before ordering. The size on the label inside a garment may differ from the size you ordered, as explained in the product description.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time, and quantities may be limited.

3. Prices and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order. We may limit or cancel quantities, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. You agree to give accurate and complete purchase, contact and shipping information.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damaged items and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Artwork and intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text, photos, logos and other content on this site and on our products belong to SilverSecret and its artist, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you the right to own and use that physical item. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, resell as artwork, or make derivative works of the designs. You may share photos of yourself wearing or using our products.

7. Comments and feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews, photos or other material, you allow us to use them without payment, and you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they are not unlawful, defamatory or infringing. We may remove any content we consider objectionable.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may include tools or links provided by third parties, such as payment providers, shipping carriers and social media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverSecret and its owners, staff, suppliers and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SilverSecret harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal fees that arise from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Severability and termination

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms apply until ended by you or us. We may end them, or your access to the site, if you break them. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
